Francis Renovations, Inc. began its 16+ year run as Workhorse Construction in 2004. We are a family-owned and operated residential General Contractor serving Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware Counties.

Our Remodeling Process
Step 1: In-Home Consultation
We assess your home’s layout, plumbing, electrical, structure, and style preferences. Estimates can be provided by phone or during detailed in-home visits. Consultations are by scheduled appointments only.
Step 2: Custom Design Development
After measuring, we create detailed floor plans, cabinetry layouts, and 3D renderings. You can view hundreds of finish options and receive transparent pricing and timelines.
Step 3: Pre- Construction
Our team gets everything prepared for construction by coordinating permits, finalizing specifications, coordinating with trusted trade partners, and preparing you for your remodel. We know that our time behind the scenes paves the way for seamless renovations.
Step 4: Professional Installation
Our licensed craftsmen handle demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, and finishing. We coordinate structural work and manage trades to minimize disruption. Dust control protects historic features.
Step 5: Final Walkthrough and Support
During the final walkthrough we review every detail with you to ensure your expectations have been met and exceeded. Ongoing support and warranty coverage ensure peace of mind.
