Why Kitchen Remodeling
is Ideal for Main Line Homes
Many Main Line homes were built before modern kitchen design trends like open-plan living and efficient work spaces existed. Remodeling renews these spaces to fit how families gather, prepare meals, and entertain. Benefits include:
- Enhanced Functionality: Renovations create more space, better storage, and efficient flow between sink, range, and refrigerator.
- Universal Design: With NARI UDCP-certified owner Mike Francis, accessible features like wider access spaces, lever handles, and roll-under sinks blend seamlessly into stylish kitchens.
- Energy Efficiency: Modern LED lighting, energy efficient appliances, and electrical upgrades reduce utility costs and improve safety.
- Entertaining Space: Open concepts, expanded islands, and integrated wet bars create wonderful spaces for socializing.

We provide full kitchen remodels for homes of all eras, blending historic charm with modern functionality. Universal design is integrated from the start for accessibility and style. Our design-build team handles design, permits, and construction, ensuring that our clients experience is as stress free as possible.
Kitchen Layout Redesign
We reconfigure small, segmented kitchens by removing walls and optimizing layouts. This includes structural engineering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and gas line work. Our experience with older homes ensures smooth handling of plaster walls, knob-and-tube wiring, and uneven framing.
Premium Kitchen Upgrades
For high-end projects, we source and install professional-grade appliances, luxury countertops, and custom cabinetry. Smart home features like app-controlled lighting and touchless faucets bring your kitchen into the future. Our clients choose all of their finishes from our vast array of design samples.

Renovation Financing
Made Easy
The smart way to finance
your dream kitchen renovation.
Francis Renovations helps make your dream kitchen more attainable by offering access to renovation financing through RenoFi. Instead of relying only on your home’s current equity, RenoFi-powered loans may consider its estimated value after the kitchen remodel is completed, potentially giving qualified homeowners greater borrowing power for cabinetry, countertops, appliances, layout changes, and other improvements.
RenoFi connects homeowners with third-party lending partners and provides support throughout the financing process. Depending on eligibility and the loan selected, homeowners may have access to fixed- or variable-rate options without refinancing their existing first mortgage. Loan approval, rates, terms, and available amounts are determined by the participating lender.
