1.Consultation
When you contact us, we schedule a phone consultation with you to get a sense of the of your project, and what you envision for your addition. The consultation gives us an idea of your budget, potential timelines, and allows us to review our design process with you.
2.Design and Development
This phase is when we spend the time with you to help you map out a plan from where you are to what your home addition will be.
We transform your wish list into a plan where we review finishes, materials, and trades your addition will need. Our team of architects, engineers, and designers work with us to develop a complete budget and timeline works for you. When we complete our consultation, we will review your addition’s Design and Development presentation for your approval. This includes everything from 3D renderings, to a detailed line by line quote.

We receive your deposit, finalize your construction agreement, order all materials, and set work dates based on material delivery. You will be consulted and notified about all scheduled hours and the projected timeframe.

What Our Clients Say
“Absolutely amazing job on our 2-story master bedroom and garage addition. From demolition to foundation to framing, they stayed on time, had an excellent team, with spotless execution. Finished construction long before winter so that it was water tight and I could finish off the interior work. Very personable and responded immediately to any questions. Work was completed exactly how I imagined, done at a fair price. Would highly recommend and would work with them in the future without hesitation. My wife and I are beyond happy with the end result.”

“Francis Renovations (Mike Francis) has been my go-to contractor for over several years. He has provided quality and timely service for all projects big and small. He fixed structural issues with our house, remodeled 2 of our bathrooms, re-stoned our fireplace, remodeled our kitchen, replaced our garage floor and replaced our driveway. He is great to work with and his estimates are very accurate – compared to other contractors we used before finding Mike. When we sustained roof damage after a severe wind storm Mike came out and secured the roof for us and then replaced the missing roof portion shortly after the storm finished. You just can’t find this type of service in many contractors out there. Mike is a gem!“

“Michael Francis of Francis Renovations has done over 20 projects for me ranging from window replacement to major remodeling. As VP of the largest construction material business in the United States, I learned a lot about construction. I used my experience and knowledge of construction methods to carefully vet and monitor Mr. Francis’ work. I found that FFR’s combination of creative design, quality of work, and pricing to be the best I have ever experienced! In the future, I will use FFR for all the work on my home and office. Michael Francis and his company are the best!”
